Shirt, Man's, Long Sleeve, Poly/Wool, Khaki, MC Shade #2122. Class 1. NSN: 8405-01-173-4441(s) Specification. MIL-S-3649G dated 12 Oct 1989; AMD # 1 27 March 1990 applies. Pattern Date: 11 February 1983. This procurement is a set aside for total small business participation only. One contract will be awarded for a total quantity of 12,420 each, with two (2) deliveries at approx. 6,210 a month, destination New Cumberland, PA. Production lead-time is 90 days after award. Acceleration of delivery is permitted. This acquisition will be Government Furnished Material (GFM) Cloth, Tropical, Polyester and Wool, Khaki, MC Shade # 2122. NSN: 8305-01-157-1142. Limited Best Value Source Selection will be used. Evaluation Factors are Product Demonstation Model (PDM) and Experience/Past Performance. The technical proposal should include one (1) PDM on or before the time of closing. Product Demonstration Models and Exerience / Past Performance are required on or before the date and time of solicitation closing.
