All respnsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. This solicitation is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC), one base year and four (4) Producer Price Index option years. Items are to be shipped to various destinations. Stock, Direct Vendor Delivery (DVD), Government Impac card orders and foreign Military Sales (FMS) ona FOB Destination basis. Any interested party requiring additional information can contact the contracting officer for complete details. Notes 12 and 26 apply. This solicitationis an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date 22 May 2001. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. Sepcifications, plans, or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. This is an unrestricted acquisition. This proposed procurement includes a family group of items within the Federal Supply Class: 2030, 4810 & 4820. While price may may be significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other avaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
