Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision and disposal necessary to re-roof hangar Bldg. 3170, Air Station Cape Cod, Bourne, MA. Contractor shall remove entire high roof EPDM roof covering and rigid insulation down to concrete deck substrate, approximately 28,080 square feet. Fasteners, lightning rods, conductor wire and perimeter gravel stop/fascia will also be removed. New polyisocyanurate rigid tapered insulation and new 0.060 inch thick EPDM un-reinforced membrane roof covering will be installed along with new perimeter gravel stop/fascia, lightning rods, conductor wire and perimeter treated wood blocking. The period of performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed, with actual on-site performance not to exceed 45 calendar days. The estimated cost range for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. NAICS code is 235610. Solicitation will be available on or about May1, 2001. Proposals are due at 4:00 pm on May 15, 2001 This solicitation and amendments will be available via the internet at www.eps.gov.
