Description

NAICS 561720 Janitorial Services. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for HUBZone small business concerns. This notice services as the synopsis and the solicitation. The contractor is to furnish all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment (unless specified) to meet the minimum quality standards. Solicitation number GS-08P-01-JBC-0018 will be issued on/or about May 1, 2001, and will be available for download from the Electronic Posting System at http://www.eps.gov. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be mailed out. All amendments issued will be posted to the same website. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor the site for all amendments and other documents. A site visit will be held on May 11, 2001 at 10:00 am Mountain Standard Time (MST). You must pre-register by calling (303) 236-7250 X368. Proposals will be due on May 29, 2001 at 3:00 p.m., MST. Proposals include your offer and information on your experience and past performance. Award will be made to the firm who proposes the best value to the government based on price and past performance. The term of the contract is anticipated to be 8/1/2001 through 7/31/2002 with four one-year option periods. Only questions submitted in writing will be accepted and responded to until May 24, 2001.
