Description

The Management & Trainging Corporation,d.b.a. Inland Empire Job Corps Center located at 3173 Kerry Street, San Bernardino, CA 92407 is currently seeking bids for HVAC, service which includes, but not limited to, hot water heaters, space heaters, freezers, refrigerators,window A/C's,evaporative coolers,ice machines etc. This is a preventative maintenance and repair service. All bids submitted must include(3)three(minimum)references from either a Federal, State or City institution. The specifications are as follows, contractor will provide preventive maintenance(PM)on all units within frequency time frames. Contractor shall complete a (PM) routine checklist per each piece of equipment as provided and return them to the facility maintenance manager. The contractor is responsible for every aspect of each unit. Monthly fee per unit not only includes PM routines but also, any extra required repairs to any part of the unit with the only exception being ducting. Contractor guarantees to respond to emergency calls at no extra charge within a two-hour time frame, via telephone or other means. If IEJCC determines the situation to be serious, the contractor will have a technician on the center within four hours of the initial phone call ,24 hours per day,seven days per week,all year long. This will be a two (2) year base contract with the provisions of three (3) seperate one year options. The option years will be exercised at the discretion of MTC and with the approval of the U.S. Department of Labor. A mandatory conference and facility walk through will take place June 4,2001 at 10:00 A.M. in the IEJCC conference room.
