Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, parts, tools, equipment, and labor necessary to provide on site plus maintenance of the Siemens HICOM 350E systems. Maintenance includes: 1. Servicing and testing of items to the technical extent necessary. 2. Eliminating breakdowns and damages. 3. Technical hardware/software refreshes. 4. Annual preventive maintenance inspections. 5. Training classes (CONSOLE/OPTISET and AMD MAT system ADMIN training) of Siemens HICOM 350E systems. 6. Experienced Siemens HICOM certified technicians available 7/24/365 to meet the following response times for failures: a. Catastrophic-3 hours b. Major-1 day c. Minor-3 days
