Description

This is a 8(a) Competitive Set-aside The United State Department of Agriculture, Office of the Chief Financial Officer()CCFO)/National Finance Center, Thrift Saving Branch has a requirement for Data Entry Services. The period of performance is a base period and three optional years. The NAISC code is 541519. The proposed requirement involves data enty/verficiation, microfilming and document imaaging of Thrift Saving Plan data, utilizing computer terminals, microfilm, equipment, and document imaging equipment. Additionally, data entry docment preparation of incoming and/or outgoing mail will be required. The work will be done on-site at the National Finance Center in New Orleans. Work space and harware necessary to perform the work will be provided by the Government. Contractor personell must qualify for non-escort contract bages that will be issused by NASA at NFC before they can report to work. Contractor employees will also be required to pass a National Agency Check and Inquiry (NACI). The NACI will be conducted after the employees begins work, but wwill be grounds for dismissal if the NACI indicates any problem. All contractor employees must adhere to the Privacy Act. Offerors must submit managerial, technical and cost proposals. The proposals will be evaluated based on the following managerial, technical, past performance and cost. Managerial has the highest rating with technical, past performance and cost evaluation being equal. A final determinaton may be made on the best value to the Government.
