Description

The Defense Threat and Reduction Agency (DTRA) intends to award a sole source firm-fixed-price contract to The Wisconsin Project for The Risk Report subscription. Period of Performance is 31 May 01 thru 31 May 02. The contractor will provide these subscriptions to six countries participating in the Department of Defense (DoD)/U.S. Customs Service (USCS) Counterproliferation Program. Each country will receive four; one-year subscriptions that will be provided to the government agencies. The Risk Report is the leading unclassified database that contains accurate lists of companies around the world of suspected involvement in Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) and WMD-related materials. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. See Note 22. DTRA believes that Wisconsin Project is the only firm that can meet the specific requirement Any other firm desiring consideration must fully identify its capability to perform this requirement no later than 11 May 01 at 2:00pm EST.
