Description

Miscellaneous mechanical, electrical and structural repairs, to include drydocking. To qualify for an award under this solicitation, the offeror must execute a current NAVSEA Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA). If not previously done, adequate time must exist to allow proper assessment of the contractor's data. Contractor's inspection date is to be determined. The availability dates are tentatively set for 13 AUGUST 2001 through 22 JANUARY 2002. This is a BEST VALUE procurement utilizing past performance as an evaluation factor. The place of performance is restricted to the homeport area.
