This is NOT a pre-solicitation notice pursuant to FAR Part 5, but Market Research to identify sources that possess the expertise, capabilities, experience, and facilities to meet the requirements for development, production, and support of a modern Laser Target Designator/Rangefinder for the AC-130H Gunship. The estimated projected requirements are for 8 systems plus spares with potential for repair. This effort will require a secret security clearance.
