Description

The project work site is the U.S. Coast Guard Air Station New Orleans (AIRSTA NOLA), located at 400 Russell Avenue, New Orleans, Plaquemines Parish, LA. The project work consists of INTERIOR RENOVATIONS AT THE PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING TO PROVIDE A NEW FEMALE TOILET AND LOCKER ROOM INCLUDING NEW PARTITIONS, DOORS, TOILET PARTITION, WATER CLOSET, LAVATORY AND ASSOCIATED HVAC, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL WORK. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE AN OFFICE TRAILER DURING THE STRUCTURE_S INTERIOR RENOVATION AND SHALL BE REMOVED UPON ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORK BY THE CONTRACTING OFFICER. The estimated price range of the complete project is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Quotations are due by close of business June 8, 2001, 4:30 pm local time. This project is issued on an unrestricted basis pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. The applicable NAICS code for this project is 235110, Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning with size standard of $11.5 million. Payment bond and insurance are required.
