Description

The contractor shall provide all supervision, personnel, equipment, transportation, material and other items and services necessary to service, maintain and repair the chilled water plant system including: two (2) each 500 ton chillers. These chillers are located in building 18, Bolling AFB, DC. NAICS code is 811310 and the corresponding SIC Code is 7623 and the small business size standard is $5 million. Performance period consists of a 3 month basic period and four 12-month option periods. This is a competitive best-value solicitation for commercial items. This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small businesses. This solicitation will be issued solely on the World Wide Web at the following address beginning on or after 14 May 2001: http://www.eps.gov. Closing date of this solicitation will be 20 calendar days after the issue date. NO PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE MAILED.
