Description

Notice of intent to award a sole source contract to PeopleSoft USA, Inc. to purchase expanded license for database count up to 20,000 records and software maintenance which will provide uninterrupted technical support services and shall include telephone support, software upgrades, new releases, replacement of original magnetic media, site-specific maintenance and certification. This requirement is a follow-on for work already performed by the contractor through their GSA Schedule. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
