Description

THIS NOTICE CONSTITUTES AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO THE COMBINED SYNOPSIS/RFQ FOR purchase of DRY SUIT / AAOPS SUIT. Companies shall acknowledge all amendment(s) in their quote. This notice serves as the official amendment to subject synopsis/RFQ and a written amendment will not be issued. The purpose of this amendment is to: 1. DELETE "...or Army diving TLS," from CLIN 0001. CLIN 0001 shall now read as follows "...Brand name or equal to Dry Suit, CLX 450, 13 each, to include inlet exhaust valve, inlet hose, relief zipper, warm neck collar, utility pockets, cordura overlays, rock boots, necklace, repair kit, wrist rings, and storage bag," 2. ADD the following requirement: "CLIN 0004 Individual Sizing, Vendor shall provide service for individual sizing at the 106th Rescue Wing, 150 Riverhead Road, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978." The due date for receipt of offers is not extended. Due date for proposals and written acknowledgements for any amendments issued is no later than 14 May 2001.
