Description

The evaluation, repair and refurbishment of two Ion Vapor Deposition Coaters (Ivadizers) should include but not be limited (based upon evaluation during the evaluation process) to the following: IVD pressure control upgrade, pumping system tune up, rebuild wire feeder, and IVD boat repairs. A five year service contract will be established for an annual inspection of the pumping system, chamber, boat system, chamber and boat shields, and inspect all accessory racks. The inspection should identify any repairs and parts required and the installation labor to install the parts. The contractor ahall also perform additional emergency maintenance/repairs on-site visits as requested by the government on an as needed basis. The required response time shall be within 48 to 72 hours after notification by phone by the government Contracting Officer. The contract shall cover all component parts associated with or attached to each IVD Coater. The contractor shall provide a service report on each on-site visit and provide 3 copies.
