Description

Remove 6 existing oil-fired furnaces, controls, and 6 associated oil storage tanks. Cap 6 existing chimney structures. Install 6 new propane furnaces and new controls in the same location as the 6 removed furnaces. Install cooling coils in each respective furnace and 6 new exterior condensing units along with the associated piping. Install 3 centrally located propane tanks and all associated piping. Install 1 new split system, furnace and exterior condensing unit, in the core area of Building #1. Provide and install all new supply and return ductwork for this new forced air system. Remodel the existing restroom in Building 8 to provide ADA compliance. Work under this contract is located at the Bureau of Land Management, Cottonwood Administrative Site, Cottonwood, Idaho. Performance Period is Schedule A 90 days; Schedule A + B 100 Days. Estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. In accordance with FAR 28.102-1, a 50% Payment Bond is required for contracts greater than $25,000, prior to issuance of the Notice to Proceed.
