Description

The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) has a requirement for legal training courses on-site at FTC Headquarters, Washington, DC. The Contractor shall design and conduct courses in deposition practice, written discovery, federal court procedures and process, motion practices, trial advocacy, legal writing and analysis and negotiation for both new and experienced attorneys. Courses shall cover skills necessary for trial, especially as they relate to the consumer protection and antitrust mission of the FTC. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract is contemplated. Contract to be awarded for base year and four option periods. This requirement is being solicited unrestricted. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued on or before May 14, 2001.
