Description

Single award term contract for 1 year (base year period for June 1, 2001 through May 31, 2002) and 2 option year periods (June 1, 2002 through May 31, 2003 and June 1, 2003 through May 31, 2004. These specifications cover the production of Medicare Enrollment Package, Replacement/Enrollment/Deemed Cards, and Puerto Rican and Foreign Enrollment Letters requiring such operations copy pickup, film-making, printing, gathering, inserting into envelopes, computer labeling, sorting, mailing, and distribution. Weekly and monthly orders. Approximately 18,000 to 150,000 copies per order. Trim Sizes: Various. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Baltimore, MD. Mail f.o.b. contractor's city by permit imprint. Production time 4, 5 and 9 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
