Description

A written solicitation is available on the EPS web-site April 26, 2001. This procurement is unrestricted. The solicitation document, which will be available on this web-site, will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. The NAICS code is 333293. The Department of Treasury, Financial Management Service has a requirement for non-personal services for preventative and remedial maintenance of Troy CFO480 check printers. FMS has a total of 16 Troy CRO480 check printers located in Austin, TX; Kansas City, KS; Philadelphia, PA, and San Francisco, CA. Printers also have bowe slitting stations, unwind stands and bar code capabilities. One printer has bowe turbo capability. Maintenance shall include parts and labor on a per call basis, on-site basis. Principal period of maintenance (PPM), and outside of principal period of maintenance (OPPM) service calls Monday through Friday, with two (2) hour phone response and 24 hour on-site response, excludes Federal holidays.
