This serves as notice of intent to negotiate with Santa Cruz Operations, Inc., (SCO) on a sole source basis in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) has a requirement to acquire telephone and e-mail support services for the SCO OpenServer available from SCO. The OpenServer is being used for DeCA Interactive Business Systems (DIBS).
