- Description
- The Defense Information Systems Agency intends to enter into sole source negotiations with James French and Carl Bowen, consultants, for approximately two staff years of effort for support in developing and maintaining UHF and SHF SATCOM standards. These consultants are the only known sources capable of completing this work without significant delay and additional cost to the program. The anticipated period of performance is 8 Jun 01 -- 7 Jun 02. Solicitation will be issued under RFP No. DCA100-01-R-4025. See Note 22.
