Description

Solicitation DABT60-01-R-3019 will be issued using Small Business Set Aside for the services to perform Information Managment functions at Fort Benning, GA to include Contingency Planning, Conference Support, IT Services and Support training, Equipment Loan Services, Problem Resolution, Network Operating System and Server Operations, Electronic Messaging, MS Exchange Operations, On Site Customer Support, Video Teleconferencing, Land Mobile Radio, ISSO Responsibilities and Historical Reports. Applicable NAICS code is 541513 (size standard $18M). This is an A-76 study conducted under OMB Circular A-76 utilizing Formal Source Selection. The apparent successful offeror will compete against a Government In-House "bid". If contracted, the services will include a 90 day Phase-In period, a 12 month base period and four (4) 12 month option periods (the last option will contain a 60 day Phase-Out period included in the 12 month performance period). Oral presentations will be required. The competitive range will be limited for efficiency purposes in accordance with FAR Part 15.3. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. The solicitation will be placed on the TRADOC Acquisition Center website at www.tac.eustis.army.mil on or about May 17, 2001. All Amendments to the solicitation will be likewise posted to the TAC website. Contractors are cautioned to check the website periodically for Amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be compiled and Amendments will not be sent out in paper copy. Site visit will be scheduled and conducted in accordance with the solicitation.
