- Manufacture of 30,000 each 5.56MM M856,30,000 each 7.62MM M80 and 30,000 each 7.62MM M62 Tungsten-Nylon 12 inert cores for the purpose of evaluating their performance as a nontoxic, high density environmentally friendly replacement for Lead Bullet Cores. Delivery shall be 2 months after award. All interested sources may submit an offer which will be considered. The U.S. Army intends to issue a non-competitive solicitationn to Ideas to Market, L.P. Austin, TX. See Note 22.
