Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format is Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). The reference number is F1ABCX10940500. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through federal Acquisition Circular 97-15. This is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 332439. The size standard is 500 employees. The contractor shall provide the following item (0001), 3240 each, MAILBOXES _ Door size is 4_W x 5_ H. The boxes will be in clusters of 40 doors each of 10 doors high by 4 doors across. Anodized doors with SPRING-LOCK Combination Locks. A total of 3240 openings (doors). Delivery shall be 30 July, 2001 and FOB Destination to Bldg 1530 at Kelly Field Annex, TX. The provision at FAR 52.212-1. _Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items_, is applicable to this acquisition. The provision FAR 52.212-2 _Evaluation-Commercial Items_ is applicable to this solicitation and the blanks in section (a) are completed as follows: Price considerations. Quotes shall include with their quotes, a completed copy of 52.212-3, _offeror Representations and Certification-Commercial Items_. Far 52.212-4, _Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercials Items, 52.232-33, _Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration_, and DFARS 252.204-7004, _Required Central Contractor Registration_, are applicable to this acquisition.
