Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F45603-01-T-0011 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-18. This solicitation is full and open competition, the associated standard industrial classification code is 3728 and small business size standard is 1,000 employees. CLIN 0001 _ Furnish and install display case, exhibit boards, and install scale model air craft and other items that will be Government provided in accordance with provided specifications and drawings. Contractor will coordinate with graphic Designer, Lori Sandstrom at (253) 627-4367 to obtain digital files for photo insets and date cut-out graphics. Contractor to coordinate with 1Lt Erin Meinders to obtain 3-deminsional artifacts, coins, patches, and original photos prior to fabrication of exhibit boards. The specification and drawings are limited and must be requested directly from the buyer on this project. Desired completion date is 29 Jun 01. Display case will be installed in Bldg. 1142, McChord AFB, WA 98438; FOB: destination.
