NSN: 1560-01-223-3182, PRON #AX1F0052AX, Part Number 70216-02401-052, STDP Revision C, applicable to the UH-60 Aircraft. The closing date annotated is estimated and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation. However, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Delivery is FOB destination to New Cumberland, PA, 28 each. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 28 each 263 days after contract award (DACA). First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 28 each 210 DACA. Item Number 0001AA requires two bids: (1) Bid A, with First Article Test (FAT) and (2) Bid B, No FAT required. The Government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions.
