The resulting contract is to be a requirements type contract with a base year and four option years. Contractor must have an Inspection System that meets the requirements of ANSI/ASQC-Q9003-1994. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination to the U. S. Coast Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226. Delivery shall be made approximately 120 days after receipt of a Delivery Order. See Numbered Notes 12 and 26. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
