- Description
- The Hoosier National Forest anticipates contracting for two multiple award task order contracts for the performance of boundary line location; property corner search, maintenance, and/or remonumentation; boundary marking and posting; boundary conflict investigation; and final record and plat preparation for National Forest boundaries. There will be approximately two to three contractors awarded under each contract. Contractors may submit information for one or both of the anticipated contracts. One anticipated contract is for the Northern boundary of the Brownstown Ranger District for Brown, Jackson, Lawrence, Monroe, Martin, and Orange Counties. The other anticipated contract is for the Southern boundary of the Tell City Ranger District for Crawford, Dubois, and Perry Counties. The anticipated contracts will be Indefinite Delivery Requirements, multiple award task order contracts, each contract consisting of a base year plus two one-year options. The following evaluation criteria will be utilized in awarding the original contracts: 1. Professional qualifications and technical competence necessary for satisfactory performance of the required services; 2. Specialized experience necessary for satisfactory performance of Cadastral Survey projects; 3. Knowledge of the area -- location in the general area and knowledge of the project area; 4. Past performance on contracts with government agencies and private industry in terms of cost control, quality of work, and compliance with performance schedules; and 5. Capacity to accomplish the work in the required time -- include information of future and current workload. Individual task orders will be awarded to the best-qualified contractor for the scope of work identified in each order.
