This item has been identified as having a potential for significant quantity fluctuation due to the Army's changing supply demands. As such, an Incremental Quantity Program solicitation will be issued utilizing Incremental Quantity Program provisions to reflect a minimum quantity of 2, known quantity of 5, and a maximum quantity of 40. This requirements also includes options for an additional four(4) program years. Destinations to be furnished. Delivery schedule 100 days after contract award.
