Description

NAICS 235920-Replace windows on south side of building (2nd through 4th floors). Work includes removal of existing operating window sash and glass, furnish and install new fixed insulated glass in new framing at the William L. Guy Federal Building, Post Office, Courthouse, 220 E. Rosser Ave., Bismarck, ND. Security clearances are required for all workers. Solicitation packages will be available on April 27, 2001. Total time for completion is 90 days. Estimated cost range is $25,000 to $100,000. Payment and performance bonds are required. This solicitation may be made available on the internet http://www.eps.gov.
