Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT WANTS TO LEASE SPACE IN GALLATIN, TENNESSEE AMOUNT: Approximately 5,500 square feet of rentable office and related space and, as well as a minimum of 50 visitor parking spaces. Rentable space must yield approximately 4,750 BOMA usable square feet. Site must have sufficient turning radius for trailer access. LOCATION: The location offered must be located in Sumner County within the following boundaries: North: Highway 109 Bypass and Highway 109 South: Highway 31E and Highway 25E East: Highway 174 and Highway 31E West: Highway 109 Bypass REQUIRED: All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration.
