Description

In accordance with FAR 6.302-1, the Health Care Financing Administration's Office of Strategic Planning intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Park Nicollet Institute. The purpose of this contract is to provide technical consulting and analytic services to HCFA so that HCFA may better assess and evaluate the five different comprehensive risk adjustment models based on whether providers' discretion over coding may influence payment (gameability). The proposed period of performance for this effort is eight months from date of contract award. Telephone requests will not be honored. For informational purposes only, RFP package not available.
