Description

Architect-Engineer Services -Open-end contract for civil engineering expertise for general construction projects to include alterations, repairs, civil, structural, surveying, and civil engineering systems, i.e. storm water conveyance systems, sanitary sewer conveyance systems, street parking design1 structural applications with projects concentrated on government facilities. Projects will be at both Maxwell AFB, AL and MAFB-Gunter Annex, AL and will consist of studies, reports, investigations, design and preparation for specifications and drawings. The government will award one indefinite delivery contract with a $5,000 minimum fee. No individual task order (delivery order) will exceed $299,000 and total tasking will not exceed $499,000 in fees for the initial contract term ending 12 months after contract award. An option to extend the contract for two additional 12-month periods is provided. Projects will be accomplished for both appropriated and non-appropriated fund activities. Project requirements will be made available on or about 4 Jun 01. All dates are estimated. The proposed projects listed are unrestricted; both small and large business concerns may bid. The size standards of this project is that for which a concern, including its affiliates having an average annual sales or receipts for its proceeding three fiscal years shall not be in excess of $2,500,000.00.
