Description

The Office of Contracts and Procurement, Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) of the District of Columbia (D.C.), is soliciting expressions of interest from interested firms and organizations within the Lottery industry to compete for a proposed contract to provide advertising campaigns and related services for the D.C. Lottery and Charitable Games Control Board (Lottery). The successful firm or organization shall develop advertising campaigns, media plans and creative multimedia campaigns to include, but not limited to, radio, television, print, direct mail, outdoor, transit, research activities, internet and web site, and trade shows. The Office of Contracts and Procurement intends to award a one-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (ID/IQ) contract resulting from this solicitation, with an option to extend the contract for four (4) one-year terms or fractions thereof, for a total contract term not to exceed (NTE) five (5) years. The Request for Proposals (RFP) # CFOPD-01-R-016 for the Advertising Campaigns and Related Services will be issued between April 23, 2001 and April 27, 2001 with proposal submission deadline 30 days from date of issue.
