- Description
- The purpose of this second modification is to provide additional explanatory information pertaining to the line items as listed on the RFQ (Attch 1), and to extend the response time from 23 Apr 2001 to 25 Apr 2001. In addition, this modificaton incorporates the requirement that each contractor must state in their quote that they can meet the customer's required delivery date of NLT 21 May 2001. Each contractor must also acknowledge both amendments with their quote. All items requested will be awarded on an all or none basis. Additional explanatory information is provided as follows per line item: Line Items 1 and 5, Fruit-of-the-Loom T-shirts should be 5.1 ounce weight or better; Line Item 2, Jerzees Sweatshirt should be 5.5 ounce weight or better, and artwork is the same as for black T-shirts -- silver design with blue lettering silk screen; Line Item 3, Jerzees Sweatpants should be 5.5 ounce weight or better, and the artwork is depicted in slide 3 of attachment 2. Embroidered artwork is to be positioned in front left thigh area starting at approximately 51/2" below waistband, and the picture is to be silver thread with the wording in royal blue thread; Line Item 4, Koozie Water bottle waste pack -- should include 28oz. water bottle and the pack color is black (no imprinting); Line Item 6, Brushed twill hat -- off white with royal blue bill, one size fits all, "AF" lettering on front, and artwork on back as depicted in slide 3 of Attch 2, minus all of the wording; Line Item 7, Topper duffle bags are approximately 28" x 12" x 12" and silkscreen artwork is as depicted in slide 3 of Attch 2 in silver; Line Item 8, Neely Hooded Rain Ponchos are to be Royal Blue in color, no imprinting; Line Item 9, Augusta Sportswear Shorts are 100% Polyester mesh rather than cotton mesh with approximately a 5" inseam. The embroidery artwork is as depicted in slide 3 of Attch 2 with the eagle picture outlined in silver thread and the wording in white thread (the artwork is embroidered on the left front thigh ending the "2001" approximately 1 3/4" from bottom); Line Item 10, Sunglasses do not have to include a case, and metal frames should be pewter or black in color, sleak design, frame "curved" to fit face; Line Item 12, Tri-Mountain Winbreakers are to be Imperial Blue/Navy with design in silver and lettering in white.
