66_It is the Government_s intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Micromass, Inc., Beverly, MA, to provide all necessary equipment and services to move a Micromass AutoSpec High Resolution Mass Spectrometer from building 14 to building 26 at the Arkansas Regional Laboratory, Jefferson, Arkansas. A request for Quotations is not available. This is a firm fixed price requirement. Simplified procurement procedures will be utilized. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered. See Numbered Note(s) 22 and 23.
