- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F46CRF10870100 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-24. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS code, SIC code and small business size standard for this procurement are 333923, 3536 and 500 respectively. The quoter must state in their quotation their size for this procurement. 120FW, Montana Air National Guard, Great Falls, Montana, has a Firm-Fixed requirement for One (1) Each 6 Ton Bridge Crane, Manufacturer: Demag, Model: EDKE-Special. Specifications include: 6 Ton Capacity, 460/3/60 Power Volts, Indoor Operation, CMAA C Crane, 35 ft 0 in, with 9 ft 6 in overhang span, 15 ft lift, two (2) DH168H12N24/1F4 Hoist, 1# Hoist Speed: 18/4.5 fpm, 2# Hoist Speeds: 18/4.5 fpm, Bridge Speeds: 160 VFD fpm, Trolley type: EKDH , Trolley Speeds: 56/28 fpm, Crane Travel Speed: 80/20 fpm. 120FW, Montana Air National Guard, Great Falls, Montana intends to use this Bridge Crane for lifting and moving F-16 Engines and Engine Modules. If offering an equal, specification must be submitted with the quote. FOB Point is 120th FW, Montana Air National Guard, Great Falls, Montana 59404-5570. The desired delivery date is 45 days after receipt of order. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, and transportation necessary to deliver and install (to include electrification) the above-mentioned item. The Contracting Officer will be Major Dean McLain. Award will be made on or about 01 June 2001. Effective 01 June 1998, contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to receiving a contract award. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to a responsible quoter whose quote conforms to this solicitation and is considered most advantageous to the Government.
