Description

The intent of this contract is to provide road maintenance and repair services on the Sierraville Ranger District. Sierraville is North on Hwy 89 from Truckee, Ca. These services include surface blading, scarification, developing water supply and water, traffic control, surfacing repair and replacement, ditch cleaning, drainage structure cleaning, drainage dip and outlet structures, culvert repair and replacement, slide removal and slump repair, road obliteration, remove and install log barriers, snow removal, and logging out(removing trees that have fallen across the road). Estimated solicitation issue date 05/21/01. Estimated start work date 07/01/01. This contract will have two option years for 2002 and 2003. The contractor will be required to furnish the equipment needed to complete each specific Task Order. This is an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery Task Order contract. The contractor is guaranteed orders which will equal 10% of the amount the contractor has listed as "Total Bid" on the Schedule of Items.
