Description

Work Description: Office renovations in occupied space. Work will involve demolition of walls and electrical fixtures as well as furnishing and installing new drywall partition walls (some with bullet resistant material), bullet resistant transaction counter and doors/frames, electrical devices, as well as a new break room area including cabinets. The work must be completed primarily during evening hours and weekends. Security clearances will be required for all employees working on this job. Estimated cost of work is $25,000.00 to $50,000.00 PLEASE NOTE: Solicitation package will be sent via regular mail (hard copy)in approximately four weeks (Week of May 21st).
