Description

The Federal Highway Administration plans to make award to the University of South Florida Center for University Transportation Research (CUTR) to rework portions of a draft manual so that is compiles with the policy and editorial requirements of the Transportation Research Board (TRB). They will also provide assistance to the TRB publication staff during the layout and design of the manual and respond to any questions that may arise relative to the appropriate design and layout of the final manual and review of blueline prints prior to printing. CUTR is the author of the present draft document, and has worked with TRB throughout the development of the document. Because of CUTR_s unequalled familiarity with the existing draft and their full understanding of the issues, no other source is considered reasonably available. This is a Simplified Acquisition. The anticipated award date is on or about May 3, 2001.
