FSC 478 -- MATERIAL HANDLING SERVICES; OVERTIME FOR WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST. GSA intends to add Item 10 to referenced contract awarded to TMI Management Systems, Inc. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. The decision not to compete is solely at the discretion of the government. Competition would result in substantial duplication not expected to be recovered and delays in fulfilling agency requirements.
