Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound intends to solicit comments and identify interested parties for an OMB Circular A-76 Commercial Activity Study. The intent of the study is to determine the most efficient and cost effective method of providing Seaport Services, which includes both Port Operations and Ordnance Handling Services, within the Northwest Region. The activities participating in this study are components of Commander, Navy Region Northwest (CNRN) There are approximately 116 Government Positions affected by this study. Services include the management, supervision, labor, and materials necessary to ensure the effective and efficient operation of both the port operations function and the ordnance management and handling function. This procurement will be a 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE, NAICS 488310.
