Description

The Department of Transportation/Transportation Administrative Service Center (TASC) intends to award a sole source contract to the Washington Center for Internship and Academic Seminars of Washington, DC for support in providing Asian American and Pacific Islander degree students for a summer intern program at the Department of Transportation. Services include recruiting and evaluating prospective interns from across the country, coordinating and arranging their travel to Washington, identifying and coordinating housing for participating interns, and providing overall management of the program. The identified contractor is uniquely qualified to provide this service as it has the infrastructure in place to perform these requirements, including its own housing facility. This notice is not a request of offers from other sources. See Note 22.
