Description

Provide labor, vehicle, equipment and material for removal and destruction of regulated medical waste at four or five Community Based Outpatient Clinics located in Ogden Utah, St. George Utah, Orem Utah,Tooele Utah (tentative), and Pocatello, Idaho for the VA Salt Lake City Health Care System. The contract will be awarded to one contractor for all of the above sites. The base year will run from date of award through May 31, 2002 with four one-year options to extend the term of the contract. The contract will be a fixed price commercial type contract.
