Description

We are soliciting for in-kind donations for the Elmendorf Air Force Base's Summer Solstice Membership night to be conducted at the Susitna Club on 20 June 2001. We are seeking items to do with Fun in the Summer ie. lawn chairs, coolers, camping equipment, fishing equipment, cruises, beachwear, hats etc. Estimation for all prizes is $1000.00. Advertising will be done at all areas of the base. Representation from the sponsors would be accepted and encouraged. We will accept all or part sponsorship/donation for the event. More than one sponsorship/donation may be accepted and additives would be considered. Requests for copies of this solicitiation may be received no later than 5 June 2001. This is a solicitation for commercial sponsorship/donation by a nonappropriated funds instrumentality of the United States Government. It does not obligate funds of the Government. *****
