Description

The Virginia Contracting Activity (VaCA) intends to issue a Request for Quotation that will be set aside for the exclusive participation of small businesses. VaCA is seeking support from the small business community in an effort to acquire open source biographic information pertaining to key military leaders in thirty-one (31) sub-saharan african countries. The projected release date of the solicitation is 4 May 2001. No security clearances will be required to accomplish the work specified in the accompanying statement of work.
