- Description
- See Note 22. The U.S. Army Tank-automotive and Armaments Command-Warren (TACOM-Warren) plans on issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for Test Program Sets (TPS) for the General Purpose Interface Assembly (GPIA) for the Light Armored Vehicle -- Assault Gun (Saudi Arabia National Guard) (LAV-AG(S)). The Sole Source RFP will be for a Basic quantity of 6 each TPS to test and fault isolate 7 Line Replaceable Units (LRUs), with an option for an additional 6 each TPS to test and fault isolate up to 6 LRUs. The contractor will be required to develop and produce TPSs that shall be integrated into the existing GPIA for the LAV-AG (S). The anticipated solicitation release date will be on or about April 7, 2001 and will have a closing date of 30 days after issuance.
