Description

The INL Bureau is requesting offers for the purchase of some miscellaneous items of law enforcement equipment which will be exported to Thailand. This procurement is a small business set aside. Vendors may make an offer on any or all of the requested items. The items required are 22 ea. high quality handcuffs, 22 ea nylon handcuff cases (black color), 22 ea. pistol pad leather holster, (18 ea for Glock Mod. 19 and 4 ea for Sig Sauer 228), 22 ea. Pistol Magazine holder (double) to match pistols, (18 ea. for Glock Mod. 19 and 4 ea for Sig Sauer 228), 9 ea. concealed police sirens/speakers, emergency lights (red lights). These items are urgently required. The Government will make an awad to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the specifications (to be faxed out upon request) and is most advantageous to the Government -- that which represents the Best Value to the Government. All offers will then be evaluated for delivery time ARO and cost/price. The Government may award to other than the lowest priced offer. Vendors will be expected to ship the items by express mail directly to the American Embassy, Bangkok. Estimated shipping and insurance costs may be included as a separate line item in the offer and actual shipping costs may be invoiced to the Government after shipment.
