Description

The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia intends to establish an indefinite period commercial agreement with yearly performance periods with multiple manufacturers/vendors for all commercial photographic supply and equipment products in the 6525/6635 stock classes and the 67 stock group. Once agreements are established, items will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. The anticipated volume and/or dollar value of the business to be generated by an agreement must be such as to make it administratively practical for the government to prepare and administer the agreement. To be responsive to the solicitation all offers are required to be provided in both an electronic media format copy and a hard copy. The electronic media format copy will be predefined by the government and provided upon release of solicitation. Offers not provided in the predefined electronic media format copy will be considered non-responsive offers. Currently, the government only intends to accept electronic media offers submitted using Excel spreadsheets. Required Central Contractor Registration applies. Lack of registration in the CCR database will make an offeror ineligible for award. Please ensure compliance with this regulation when submitting your offer.
