Description

Naval Air Systems Command intends to issue a firm fixed price/cost reimbursement Basic Ordering Agreement to ITT Avionics and Northrop Grumman, a Joint Venture located in Clifton NJ in support of the AN/ALQ-165(V) Airborne Self Protection Jammer (ASPJ). The ALQ-165 is an internally mounted Electronic Protection (EP) system designed to counter Modern Pulse, Pulse Doppler (PD), and Continuous Wave (CW) radar guided threats. The ALQ-165 is employed on the USN F-14D and the USN/USMC F/A-18C/D/E/F aircraft platforms. The supplies and services to be procured under this BOA will include engineering services and technical support consisting of software support, hardware engineering support, field engineering and logistical support, test and evaluation (T&E) support, hardware studies/modifications, and repair of repairables.
